NoRTH Italia is helping Tucson battle the August heat with a refreshing four-course Community Dinner menu.
On Wednesday, August 26, Executive Chef Kevin Handt will be serving up prosciutto-wrapped lobster, braised veal breast and a Ricotta Cotta with basil gelato.
Each course is designed down to the details, like caramelized onion tortellini, rainier cherry conserve, and pistachio granola.
Dinner begins at 6:30pm at NoRTH’s La Encantada location and runs $55 per person.
