Dine & Dance at Agustin Kitchen

Here’s a new one. On Wednesday, October 15, Danz Revolutionz will host Dine & Dance Downtown at Agustín Kitchen from 5:30 to 9:30 pm.

In addition to dinner and an open dance floor, your $150 ticket gets you an introductory private dance lesson to learn latin, swing, ballroom, or country. You can schedule the dance lesson at your convenience, before or after the event. 1st Course

• Wilcox Apple Gazpacho – ginger, chiltepin, micros, lemon dust

2nd Course

• Power Green Harvest Salad – local goat cheese, dates, cranberries, horseradish vinaigrette, toasted almonds

3rd Course

Choice of:

• Sous Vide Blackened Ribeye – roasted fingerlings, glazed baby carrots, chipotle bernaise
• Smoked Half Chicken – roasted fingerlings, glazed baby carrots, chimichurri demi
• Herbed Crusted Alaskan Halibut – oven roasted Wilcox tomatoes, cauliflower puree, roasted fiddleheads, sage brown-butter
• Cauliflower Truffle Gratin – squash, dry jack, spinach, roasted garlic, micros

4th Course

• Chocolate Bourbon Butterscotch Cupcake – port blackberry gastrique
