Rincon Mountain Grill at Forty Niner Country Club will kick off its new “Palates of the World” series with a weeklong spotlight on Filipino cuisine. From Aug. 4-10, diners can experience “A Culinary Journey to the Philippines,” a special dinner offering crafted by executive chef Jake Bloom.
The 3-course menu costs $40 and presents traditional Filipino flavors with an elevated touch. The meal begins with crunchy Lumpia 2 Way, followed by rich and tangy Adobo Pork Belly. Dessert features a Palitaw & Ube Ice Cream Sandwich, combining chewy rice cake and creamy purple yam.
For $10 more, guests can enhance their meal with themed beverages. Choose between the Kagatan cocktail or a Mangorind Dark & Stormy Mocktail, both designed to pair with the menu’s flavors.
Dine With a View in the Tanque Verde Valley
This limited-time dinner is available alongside the regular menu nightly from 4-8 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday, 4-9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Guests will enjoy views of the Forty Niner golf course while savoring globally inspired dishes. Whether you’re a neighborhood regular or visiting for the first time, the setting blends casual comfort with refined dining.
