- Le Poisson – Pan Fried Dover Sole Fillet paired with Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles
- Le Salade – Duck Confit Aux Cresson Salade with Bourgogne Rouge Cuvee Margot
- L’Entree – Charred Osseline de Bifteck – Bistro Tender paired with Bourgogne Rouge Volnay
