Heirloom Farmers Market is known by Tucsonans for its mission to strengthen our local food systems by uniting networks and resources.

This year they’re leveling up as they announce the first annual Harvest Fest, celebrating farmers and growers and the value they add to our community. The very first Harvest Fest will take place on Sunday, November 20 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Rillito Park Farmers Market.
This half-day event will be filled with 80+ food vendors, seasonal produce samples, presentations from local farmers and community partners, a chef demo by executive chef Ryan Clark of Casino Del Sol, festive fall activities, and live music by Dan Levenson and the Cat Mountain Rounders.

“Meet Your Farmer” Presentations
Starting at 10 a.m. and in the center circle near the music tent, esteemed members of the regional farming community will lead presentations specific to their agricultural wheelhouse including:
- Anne Loftfield of High Energy Agriculture: “Growing, Shopping & Preserving Local Produce”
- Shota Austin of Tank’s Green Stuff: “Growing Local with Tank’s Green Stuff”
- Jeff Moore of Arid Adaptations Nursery: “Food Forest Fundamentals”
- Andrew Carhuff of Aravaipa Creekside Growers: “Regenerative Farming Along the Aravaipa Creek”
The Rillito Park Farmers Market is located at 4502 N. First. Ave. For more information, visit heirloomfm.org.
