Southern hospitality is coming to Arizona’s wine country.
Flying Leap Vineyards is preparing an authentic Cajun dinner at the Jambalaya Feast from 5 – 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 24.
Some highlights of the feast includes hand-prepared Jambalaya packed with specially prepared Cajun meats, including real hardwood-smoked Andouille sausage, vegetables stewed in a savory broth, and Barrio Bread baguettes.
Don’t forget about the wine, too. Flying Leap will be giving unlimited pours of their premium red and white wine the entire evening.
Early bird tickets are $89 per person, and tickets will be $99 per person beginning on February 18.
Ticket includes:
- Heaping plate of fire-cooked Jambalaya with a French baguette
- Unlimited pours of premium white or red wine
- Tossed salad and dessert
- Live music
- Souvenir, long-stemmed Bordeaux-style wine glass
Lafayette, Louisiana-based trio T’monde will make their Arizona debut with their toe-tappin’ Bayou folk music in their native Cajun French.
TRUST Art & Design will present an exclusive art gallery showing at the event, too.
