Tavolino Ristorante Italiano will feature JAX Vineyards at a special wine dinner Wednesday, October 8 at 6pm.

JAX President, Dan Parrott will be present to answer questions and chat about the Calistoga, California based, family-run winery and vineyard.

Four wines will be featured and paired with courses one through four. Dinner, which includes the pairing, is priced at $75 per person.

Course One

  • Arugula con Formaggi – Arugala salad with gorgonzola cream vinaigrette, pears & candied walnuts,
  • Paired with: JAX “Y3”  Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, 2012

Course Two

  • Fiore di Prosciutto con Burrata – Parma prosciutto with roasted cherry tomatoes burrata cheese and basil pesto
  • Paired with: JAX “Y3” Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, 2012

Course Three

  • Ravioli alle tre Carni – House made veal, pork, and beef ravioli, with a brown butter sage sauce
  • Paired with: JAX”Y3″ Tareau, Red Blend, Dry Creek, 2011

Course Four

  • Bistecca ai Funghi – NY strip steak with mushroom Madeira sauce, gnocchi alla Romana and spinach
  • Paired with: JAX Cabernet Franc, Napa Valley, 2011

Dessert

  • Gelato al Cioccolato

@Tucsondoobie’s infused dinner series returns Sunday, Sept. 20, with chefs @chefmattlove and @chefroselena!🌿

The five-course dinner features playful takes on familiar favorites, including carne asada frites, a Sonoran hot dog-inspired tarte tatin, and a Gansito-inspired chocolate dessert.

The dinner runs from 6–9 pm near downtown Tucson. Tickets include the five-course meal, mocktails, sponsor experiences, a gift bag, and @tucsonprimeleaf product samples.

The exact location will be emailed to ticket holders before the event. Membership is available during checkout.
