On Sunday, May 25th from 6-8pm, Lodge On The Desert will host a three course prix-fixe Memorial Day weekend dinner featuring classical guitarist Gabriel Ayala. For those of you who donāt know Ayala, heās played for a coupleĀ well-known people you might have heard of such as President Obama, and the Pope. Heās also played with George Benson.
As for the dinner, you can go for the prix-fixe or a la carte from the regularĀ dinner menu. Deets for the prix-fixe is as follow:
- $39 per person
- First Course: Asparagus & Arugula Salad w/ prosciutto, olives, and AZ honey vinaigrette.
- Second Course: Choice of Seared Diver Scallops w/ sunchokes, water cress, and parmesan Crisp or Espresso Crusted Beef Tenderloin w/ Yukon potato foam, onion rings, and chimichurri sauce
- Third Course: Chocolate Grand Marnier, Vanilla, or Strawberry Rhubarb Gelato
