The Phoenix area-based boba and sweet shop, Miss Dessert, officially opened at 1800 E. Fort Lowell Rd. #140 in late April.
The team behind Miss Dessert has enjoyed their time so far in the complex that also houses restaurants like China Szechwan, Taqueria El Pueblito, and Dolce Vita Italian Bistro. Other Arizona locations include Mesa, Gilbert, and Phoenix.
“We offer a variety of bubble tea drinks and snacks,” said Calvin Hoang of Miss Dessert. “I’ve put a lot of effort into selecting the best ingredients and perfecting our recipes. I truly believe that once you try our products, you’ll be hooked!”
And it’s true — there’s a lot to try at Miss Dessert. The menu features classic beverages like milk teas, fruit refreshers, creamies like an avocado yogurt shake and a strawberry matcha mix, and then special cheese tea. The cheese teas include Green Tea, Lychee Oolong, and Uji-Matcha — all of which come with a cheesy cream on top.
When it comes to their Hong Kong-style desserts, take a gander at the Vanilla Snow Series. Some of the bowls include the likes of a Purple Snowman — Thai purple sticky rice and palm seeds in vanilla snow — and a Fruit Frenzy, which is basil seeds, mixed fruits, and palm seeds in their nifty vanilla snow.
At the moment, the hours of operation are 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Monday – Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Friday, noon – 10 p.m. on Saturday, and noon – 9 p.m. on Sunday.
