To all our loyal customers,
With much thought and soul searching the Molina family has decided to close their doors and say goodbye to the Tucson community. We have cherished our 64 years serving the great city of Tucson and will miss seeing our wonderful customers. The five owners, Molly, Josie, Tillie, Mary & Chicky are grateful that they could keep my grandparent’s legacy thriving for so long but they are ready to retire and see what the next chapter brings them.
I would like to publicly thank our staff who helped make Molina’s a success all these years, they have remained loyal and hardworking for so long it will be sad not to see them every day.
We will remain open till our last day of business on May 19th.

Elias and Louisa Molina opened Molina’s on April 1, 1953. “Midway” was added to the name once the drive-in theater opened nearby on Speedway Boulevard.
Once Molina’s reached their 60th anniversary, the family’s third generation took over operations.
