Healthy and Wellness Coach, Rosie Kennedy, is hosting a two-part plant-based eating workshop on Tuesday, January 14 and Tuesday, January 21.
To increase the level of convenience, you’ve got two chances to make it to this class and it’s perfect for those who are unfamiliar with how to live a healthy vegan lifestyle.
Here’s what you’ll learn in the workshop:
- You’ll discover how to safely transition into a totally plant-based or vegan diet
- Learn to incorporate the eight cornerstones of health, wellness and nutrition into your life
- Then participate in hands-on vegan cooking activities, tastings, and receive delicious vegan recipes and resources
