Dine in bounty with the Chinese New year Banquet Dinner, featuring eight courses.
- Pork and shrimp jiaozi potsticker, black vinegar sauce
- Winter melon soup
- Fried radish cakes, hoisin, chili sauce, XO aioli
- Ginger scallion seabass, Chinese mustard greens, ginger and soy nage
- White cut chicken with Shanghai bok choy
- Ma po tofu with rice noodle
- Duck 3 Ways – confit spring roll green tea smoked breast, crispy skin, plum wine poached pear, Mandarin pancake
- Tangerine panna cotta, almond tuile, sesame tang yuan, orange and five spice crème anglaise, ginger-lychee foam

Family Cooking! Kids Class with Chef Ashley Chen
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, February 18 • $40 per child ages 6 – 14, children must be accompanied by an adult
Chef Ashley Chen shares her secrets for easy tantalizing after-school snacks such as no-bake Blueberry Butterscotch Cookies and Yogurt Parfait with Homemade Granola and Fruit Skewers. The menu will also feature Lasagna, Easy Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Dessert Pizza with fresh fruit and Chocolate Ganache.
