Cinco de Mayo Class with Chefs Janos Wilder & Maria Mazon
6 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 11 • $60 per person

Chefs Janos Wilder and Maria Mazon will each feature two of their favorite Cinco de Mayo dishes. A tequila cocktail or two might be included as well.

Temple Emanu-El Passover Seder
6 – 9 p.m. Saturday, April 15 • $225 per person, $400 per couple, or $1,500 per table of eight
The Carriage House is hosting a lavish multi-course seder with proceeds benefitting the Temple Emanu-El. Rabbi Cohon will lead an abbreviated version of the full seder program. Additionally, the event will feature choral music and “celebrity” waiters.

Passed Hors d’Oeuvres
- Mini Chilled Borscht – sour cream, horseradish
- Grana Padano Tuile – spring vegetables, bitter herb aioli
- Moroccan Haroset on Matzo
Dinner
- Steamed Spring Asparagus – sauce gribiche, tarragon, smoked hamachi, crisp fried mushrooms, spring radishes
- Pan-Seared Salmon with Ginger Carrot Coulis – roasted beet puree, pearl onions, lemon syrup
- Double Chop of Roast Lamb Rack – olive oil crushed sweet potatoes with dried apricots, whole roasted and crushed almonds, Medjool dates, orange gastrique, pomegranate syrup
Dessert
- Warm Flourless Chocolate Cake – Amarena wild cherry sorbet, almond macaroons
