JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort and Spa is hosting this year’s Tucson 23 Mexican Food Festival, also known as the “Best 23 Miles of Mexican Food in America”, from 6 – 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 16.
If you’re not familiar with the festival, it includes several restaurants that have been around for decades, and can be found within a 23 mile area that includes the city of South Tucson, downtown, and midtown.
The festival is going on during Father’s Day weekend, and letting him stuff his face with some of the spiciest food in town would be an unforgettable, head of the table kind of gift.
Tickets to the all ages event are $60 per person ($75 on the day of) and includes menu samplings from over 20 Mexican restaurants, local wineries, and breweries.
Anyone between the ages of 5 and 17 years old can get in for $20, which can only be purchased on the day of, and children under 5 years old can get in for free.

More about MattAt a very young age, Matt Sterner was gifted with the artistic ability to masterfully roll a burrito to the highest of standards, but the wrapped medley of delicious innards wasn’t his first love. Matt’s first true love was a combination of reading, writing, and creating.
