West Tucson Chinese restaurant Dragon’s View quietly closed after 30 years in Tucson.
The property at 400 N. Bonita Ave. is now fenced off with windows and doors boarded up.
The restaurant specialized in Cantonese cuisine and was a popular venue for weddings and Lunar New Year celebrations in the Tucson Chinese and Vietnamese communities.
The restaurant opened in 1989 by the Victor Gee family, the website says. David Chow was brought in as chef with influence from San Francisco’s Chinatown In 2006, Chow became partner at the restaurant.
