Zinburger and popular Arizona brewery, Dragoon Brewing Co., are teaming up to host a Craft Beer Dinner on Wednesday, June 17.
Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by executive chef Andre Warren. Each course will be prepared and paired with brews from Dragoon’s craft beer selection, including Tequila Barrel Aged Saison Blue Belgian Ale, and, of course, the Dragoon IPA.
Although the menu will feature burgers and fries, you won’t see these dishes on Zinburger’s regular menu. Each course comes with a special twist, like the Dragoon beer-braised Green Chile Fries, or the Cocoa Chili Tres Leches Cake with goat cheese chantilly.
Dinner is $35 per person and starts at 6:30pm at Zinburger’s 6390 E. Grant Road location. Reservations are encouraged.

First Course
- Beer-braised Green Chile Fries – Lime zest, fresh pico
- Paired with Tequila Barrel Aged Saison Blue Belgian Ale
Second Course
- Tex-Mex Farm Salad – Spiced corn relish, fresh jicama, tomatillo, blue corn chips, goat cheese, chives and mango habanero vinaigrette
- Paired with Tartan 479 Belgian Style Blonde Ale
Third Course
- Kobe Beef Slider – El Diablo style with habanero seasoning
- Paired with Dragoon IPA
Dessert
- Cocoa Chili Tres Leches Cake – Raspberry, chipotle compote, goat cheese chantilly, chocolate
- Paired with Stronghold Session Ale
