Zona 78 is hosting a special dinner this Saturday in partnership with Arizona Distilling Company and Mother Road, the award-winning, Flagstaff-based craft brewery. Forget your first assumption, because it’s not a beer dinner. And no, it’s not a simple cocktail pairing dinner, either.
Zona 78 is going big with a four-course cocktails and beer dinner. For $45, guests can expect four courses, each dish expertly paired with one beer and one cocktail. Selections range from IPAs to whiskey to moonshine and peach schnapps.

Second Course

Third Course
- Salmon, Pomegranate, Asparagus
- Paired with Roadside American Ale and a Bourbon, Pomegranate, Orange Juice Cocktail
Fourth Course
- Beef, Kale, Carrots
- Paired with Lost Highway IPA and Neat Whiskey
