Gibson Food Hall & Market opened July 10 at 11 S. Sixth Ave., replacing the longtime Johnny Gibson's Downtown Market with a food hall, revamped grocery, and craft cocktail bar. The food hall hosts four vendors: Kaiju Burger, Samurai Teppan Steak and Sushi, Don Ribs BBQ, and Barrio Bites. For drinks, find the entrance to Pearl Lounge through a hidden door next to a Red Bull cooler and order from the HighWire cocktail menu.
