Three Canyon Beer and Wine Garden, located at 4999 N. Sabino Canyon Rd., is dialing in the final touches and will open March 21.

Additionally, Three Canyon is hosting a soft launch outside in the garden area on Saturday, March 18 from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Guests can enjoy beer and wine, pastries and sweets, as well as food from a variety of food trucks on site.

While not too many details have changed for Three Canyon since our previous article, they’ve refined a few details and added Three Canyon Coffee Bar to the mix inside the space.

The coffee shop will feature beans from Caffe Luce Coffee Roasting Co., tea from Maya Tea Company, and goodies baked from coffeehouse manager Kat Verrino-Keeling, who owns and operates Treehouse Cakes by Kat. The bar itself features chalk art by Modern Aquarian Lettering & Sign Art.

Sweets include scones, jumbo cinnamon rolls, designer cookies/cupcakes, Kat’s signature salted caramel chocolate chip bar, and more. Gluten-free and dairy-free options will also be available.

Savory goods will be available via food trucks parked around back by the garden. Three Canyon will also eventually offer sausage and cheese plates, said co-owner Steve Sheldon.

The garden is currently fully furnished, but will offer activities such as cornhole and a life-sized chessboard, Sheldon said. Another plus is the outlets available outside for folks who want to charge their phone or use a laptop while enjoying the fresh Sonoran air.

While the space features 16 beer taps, expect only the good stuff.

“There will be no domestics on tap,” said Kyle Blessinger, general manager of Three Canyon. “The house tap will be a golden ale from Honor Brewing Company. It means something to me because they give to veterans and I served here in Tucson.”
