Three Canyon Beer and Wine Garden is bringing a European beer garden with wine to 4999 N. Sabino Canyon Rd. in October.

The space will feature five European beers on tap, five craft beers on tap, and six rotating taps. Furthermore, wine and beer bottles will be available for purchase to-go.

To top it off, almost a quarter-acre of the space will feature a lush outdoor garden with a cozy backyard-feel and a panoramic mountain view. Additionally, hummingbird feeders will be scattered throughout the garden.

“One of the partners, Steve Sheldon, had a nursery there,” said Ed Turk, owner and operating manager. “We wanted to do something different. The area is under-served even though it’s one of the largest tourist areas in town.”

Three Canyon will start a program where patrons can dedicate their own plants and flowers in the garden. They are also in the works of setting up a Kickstarter for the garden.

While the opening isn’t until October, the space is currently used for weekly food truck events on Friday nights. Once Three Canyon opens, they will continue to have food trucks parked outside.

A kitchen will eventually be added for pop-up dinners with local chefs, Turk said. Though it won’t serve as a full-time kitchen, it will be available for catering and use during events.

“We’ll open at noon on weekends, so it’ll be a great place to stop by and grab a bite after a hike,” Turk said.
