While Prep & Pastry established its reputation with brunch, it recently expanded their menu with new and reimagined lunch items.

But keep in mind that their breakfast and brunch items also run through the day, including drinks such as mimosas and the zingy Prep's Bloody Mary.

The Shaved Steak Sandwich evokes a Philly cheesesteak with its shaved beef, but dresses it up with Swiss cheese, arugula, horseradish crema, chimichurri, mushrooms, and onion on buttery sourdough. This one needs extra napkins.

Prep & Pastry's take on the Fried Chicken Sandwich features chicken strips with pickles, sesame slaw, and gochujang aioli on brioche.

Miss the burger from Commoner & Co.? Its burger legacy lives on at Prep & Pastry; just ask for the Commoner's Burger to relive the dijonnaise, shaved onion, horseradish pickles, American cheese, and bacon over two quarter-pound patties on brioche.
Vegan Options

Their signature vegan option, the Chickpea Scramble, also features veggie sausage, potatoes, spinach, roasted veggies, avocado, and radish with preserved lemon vinaigrette and tomato jalapeño jam.

Additionally, the restaurant readily accommodates dietary preferences. Here, the Sweet Potato Hash arrived without the eggs or herbed goat cheese mousse to keep it vegan. It also includes asparagus, bell pepper, roasted corn, leeks, spinach, and cilantro.
