Despite Tucson’s prominent saguaro and prickly pear, Arizona’s Five C’s of the economy don’t include cactus. Instead, it includes Copper, Cattle, Cotton, Citrus, and Climate.
However, Cocktails want to work their way into the list.
AC Hotel Tucson Downtown launched its new cocktail menu with cocktails based on each of the Five C’s. They’ve also taken some artistic liberty by introducing Culture and College.
Here’s a glance at the new cocktail menu with photos to help you with your choice.
Copper ($12) – Tennessee whiskey, apple Brandy, chai, lemon, Mi Casa bitters
Citrus ($12) – vodka, amaretto, lemon, sugar, fig jam, aquafaba
Cattle ($12) – black tea, cream, red wine, cognac, rye whiskey, Angostura bitters, horchata syrup
