Phoenix-based restaurant Postino WineCafe announced that they will open their Tucson location at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 2 at 2500 E. Grant Rd.
As part of its mission to “Make People Feel Good,” Postino will make appearances at marquee destinations and events to gift Tucsonans with free boards of bruschetta or “Love Drops” before opening.
Win “Love Drops” aka bruschetta boards
Beginning Thursday, February 6, Postino team members will AirDrop digital bruschetta boards to guests nearby select events. In order to receive a digital bruschetta board, guests must have AirDrop activated on their iPhone. Android users can seek out people wearing black and yellow “P.” hats for a direct message on the spot.

Postino “Love Drop” Destinations
If you want to win a bruschetta board, you need to be in close proximity to the following events:
- 7 p.m., February 6 – Free First Thursday at Tucson Museum of Art
- 10 a.m., February 9 – Bridal Wreath Falls Hiking Trail
- Noon, February 12 – University of Arizona Student Union
- 10 a.m., February 15 – Tucson Gem & Mineral Show at the Tucson Convention Center
- 8 p.m., February 22 – Arizona vs. Oregon men’s basketball game at the McKale Memorial Center

Postino’s Tucson location features a 150-square-foot art wall made up of upcycled sign letters sourced from local vintage shops throughout Arizona. The wall is a nod to Tucson’s rich history and love of iconic, roadside neon signs, a press release said.
Furthermore, the location features floor-to-ceiling retractable windows that convert the restaurant into an open-air space. Additional Postino standards include walnut wine walls, dazzling light fixtures, over-sized vintage couch lounge areas, evocative pop-art, and a communal bar.
Postino serves lunch and dinner along with brunch every weekend. The menu highlights bruschetta and various shareable dishes.
The bar features a variety of Arizona and Tucson craft beer and more than 30 wines by the glass.
