Last year’s events were interrupted by the pandemic, but it’s back and ready to shine.
“Soul Food Wednesday” is returning to Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson, starting on Wednesday, February 24 from 7 – 10 p.m.
The historic hotel is teaming up with blaxfriday and is opening its space to black-owned businesses on the last Wednesday of every month, featuring delicious food, enlightening music, and other local and regional vendors.
On Wednesday, February 24, you’re invited to the plaza to check out Dre’s Seafood and BBQ, DJ Impeccable, Dondi’s Sweet Treats, LOM Candles, Davia Cocada, and Exultant Elegance.
Soul Food Wednesday is free to attend and you’re asked to wear a mask because COVID protocols are strictly enforced out on the plaza patio and inside the hotel.
