“Sure, we’re known for our delicious, scratch-made smash burgers, wings, and tacos, but our love of high-quality food doesn’t end at comfort classics,” the team at Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar shared. “We like to take things up a notch for special events and holidays. And since we put so much love into everything we do, we thought, ‘What better day to get classy than Valentine’s Day, a.k.a. the day of love?'”
From 2 – 10 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, Redbird will be dimming the lights and transforming into a high-end steakhouse to host a candlelit, four-course dinner. There’s going to be a set food menu (no substitutions) and a special wine and cocktail list.
Seats are $130 per person and include a celebratory cocktail to kick things off before the four courses. Space is going to be very limited so you’ll want to make a reservation by calling (520) 495-5353 or by reserving a spot online.
Also, if you’re a Tucson Foodie Insider, check the Tucson Foodie app for details on a sweet, exclusive perk related to this event.
As mentioned earlier, reservations are required as well as a $50 deposit (per person). Guests can cancel by Saturday, February 10.
Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar is located at 6444 N. Oracle Rd. For more information, visit redbirdrestaurants.com and follow Redbird on Instagram and Facebook.
