Love is in the air this Valentine’s Day at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa!  Couples can enjoy a six-course prix fixe menu at its signature restaurant Passaggio from 5 – 9 p.m. The menu includes seasonal Pacific oysters on the half shell, beef carpaccio salad, brown butter truffled gnocchi, your choice of seared halibut or cocoa-scented venison, and a chocolate mousse heart for dessert.

Treat your sweetheart to a romantic dining experience at the resort’s signature restaurant Flying V as the sun sets over the Catalina Mountains. The resort’s culinary team is preparing a four-course menu for two that is sure to please, featuring locally grown products and farm-fresh ingredients, including a roasted red beet cannoli or charred nopales starter, a citrus-poached Maine lobster salad, followed by a choice of Grilled Angus prime Tomahawk or roasted Sea Bass.

Cap off the evening with an array of decadent sweets, crafted in-house by the resort’s pastry chef, including a chocolate satin cake, a chocolate tart, and more sweet treats for the perfect ending to a romantic evening.

The special menu is available for bookings from Saturday, February 10 – Wednesday, February 14. Reservations can be made via Resy and it’s $195 per couple.

The Queen Creek Olive Mill has a table for two waiting for you at their special Valentine’s Day version of their monthly Pizza Date Night! Enjoy an intimate evening of pizza-making and wine-sipping at the Mill Chef guides you through a three-course culinary experience. Guests will learn techniques for making the perfect pizza dough and crust, tossing and all, while enjoying professionally paired wine with each course.

From 2 – 10 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, Redbird will be dimming the lights and transforming into a high-end steakhouse to host a candlelit, four-course dinner. There’s going to be a set food menu (no substitutions) and a special wine and cocktail list. Seats are $130 per person and include a celebratory cocktail to kick things off before the four courses.
