Love is in the air this Valentine’s Day at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa!  Couples can enjoy a six-course prix fixe menu at its signature restaurant Passaggio from 5 – 9 p.m. The menu includes seasonal Pacific oysters on the half shell, beef carpaccio salad, brown butter truffled gnocchi, your choice of seared halibut or cocoa-scented venison, and a chocolate mousse heart for dessert.

The resort’s culinary team is preparing a four-course menu for two that is sure to please, featuring locally grown products and farm-fresh ingredients, including a roasted red beet cannoli or charred nopales starter, a citrus-poached Maine lobster salad, followed by a choice of Grilled Angus prime Tomahawk or roasted Sea Bass.

Cap off the evening with an array of decadent sweets, crafted in-house by the resort’s pastry chef, including a chocolate satin cake, a chocolate tart, and more sweet treats for the perfect ending to a romantic evening.
