So, beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting until 1 a.m., cure your manic Monday with a $5 glass of Chardonnay or Malbec. Both of these are on tap and brought to you by Flying Leap Vineyards in Elgin/Sonoita Wine Country.
Additionally, they’re waiving the cork fees for all in-house bottles!
Casa Video doesn’t have a food truck parked out front on Mondays, but Fresco Pizzeria & Pastaria (3011 E. Speedway Blvd.) delivers to the taproom for free and Istanbul Mediterranean Cuisine & Bar (2945 E. Speedway Blvd.) is a 30-second walk across the parking lot.
Last but not least, if you rent any movie from Casa Video on Monday you’ll score a free regular rental from their upstairs balcony!
Last year, the nostalgic Casa Video celebrated its 40th anniversary — a huge milestone for not only a local business but for a video rental store!
“Where else can you have a pint of Harland’s Japanese Lager, while feasting on The Curry Pot’s finest and watching ‘Rad’ on one of the many big screens after you just rented ‘Pearl’ on Blu-ray?” said Robert Blum of Casa Video. “We wouldn’t be here without the love and support of all our members and fans.”
