Well, it’s one of those years when Halloween falls on a random weekday (it’s Thursday this year).
So, some parties are happening the weekend before, much like Tucson Doobie’s Halloweed event, and other haunted gatherings are happening on the actual holiday: October 31. However, staying out late on a Thursday can be frightening for folks if they work early the following morning.
Here’s where the Creatures of the Night Halloween Party comes into play!
On Friday, November 1, Tucson Foodie is teaming up with The Jackrabbit Lounge for a spooky bash at 2000 N. Oracle Rd. At 8 p.m., the party starts with late-night bites, themed cocktails, a costume contest, and live music by DJ Han Cholo and Gorville Wreck.
If you’re worried about parking, forget about it. Jackrabbit Lounge has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces, and if it’s full, there is street parking nearby.
It’s just $10 to get into the Halloween party but Tucson Foodie Insiders get in for free!
In addition to the themed cocktails, Jackrabbit Lounge bartenders will be serving a Vampire Blood Halloween-themed shot, which is a Lemon Drop colored red with shiny black glitter.
Party on, ghouls!
The Jackrabbit Lounge is located at 2000 N. Oracle Rd. Cover is $10 at the door unless you’re a Tucson Foodie Insider (it’s free for you).
