HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery now serves a new weekend brunch menu that blends comfort and playful creativity. The team offers brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
The AM Bottle and Board anchors the new menu. The shareable set pairs a bottle of Prosecco with a board that includes a jammy egg, crispy bacon, smoked salmon, crème de brie, smashed avocado, blueberry compote, and a toasted bagel. Executive chef Omar Huerta created the dish to feel both familiar and fresh.
“Our AM Bottle and Board was our way of putting a morning spin on a classic chef’s board,” said Executive Chef Omar. “I wanted it to feel familiar, but with enough playful touches that brunch feels like something special to look forward to every weekend.”
Diners can enjoy several new and returning favorites. The team serves dishes that balance sweetness and savory comfort.

Guests can sit on HUB’s patio surrounded by greenery. The space stays comfortable through winter and offers a calm backdrop for weekend brunch. Guests also receive complimentary valet or self-parking with validation at the AC Hotel garage behind the restaurant.
