Dr. Gendron, a retired psychologist and heart attack survivor, was selected to attend the Illustrious Science and Leadership Symposium at the Mayo Clinic in MN. In February 2025, and again in February 2026, Mary and 50 WomenHeart Champions travel to Washington DC to meet with Congress members for an Advocacy Day on women and heart health.
