Tucson Foodie will host its April Foodie Dinner on April 2 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Casa Del Rio. The Tucson foodie dinner event will feature a three-course tasting with nine distinct dishes. Guests can expect a curated experience that highlights regional flavors and chef-driven creativity.

- Toritos Gobernador — shrimp-filled chiles wrapped in bacon
- Caldo de Queso
- Sopa de Tortilla
- Four-salsa flight with fresh fried chips
Main courses will include:
- Calabacitas Rellenos, zucchini boats
- Enmoladas de Pollo with rich mole
- Taco Flight featuring Lu’au, Steak, and Potato tacos
Desserts will include:
- Flan Nuevo
- Arroz con Leche
