Blanco Tacos + Tequila is partnering with Borderlands Brewing Company and Local First Arizona for the Taco Tuesday Beer Dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21.
The dinner will feature four courses from Blanco paired with four beers from Borderlands for a combination of southwestern flavors.
Guests are also encouraged to mingle with the chef and brewmaster.
Seats are $40 for non-localists, $30 for localists. To make a reservation, call (520) 232-1007.

First Course
- Short Rib Flautas – braised short rib, guacamole, crema, pico de gallo, cotija
- Paired with Prickly Pear Wheat
Second Course
- Shrimp Cóctel Tacos – poached shrimp, tomato, cucumber, jicama, avocado
- Paired with Citrana Southwestern Style Gose
Third Course
- Pastor Chicken Tacos – achiote, roasted pineapple, grilled onion, chipotle sauce, pineapple salsa
- Paired with Toole Avenue Hazy IPA
Fourth Course
- Choco Taco – chocolate dipped taco shell, house made ice cream
- Paired with Noche Dulce Moonlight Vanilla Porter
