Wine maker Jordan Fiorentini from critically-acclaimed Epoch Estate Wine is coming to CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain Saturday, April 30.
Fiorentini has an engineering undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and a master’s degree in viticulture from UC Davis. Suffice to say she’s prepared to answer your most oenophilic questions.
If you’ve yet to experience the Ritz in any form or fashion – the level of service and attention to detail is unparalleled – consider this dinner an excellent opportunity.
