Inside Tucson’s Healing Vibrations Dinner at the Palace of Crystals

Nov 17, 20253 min read

A night of food and sensory awareness

The Palace of Crystals will host Healing Vibrations, a conscious eating dinner that blends sound healing, breathwork, and local food. The event takes place on November 23 at 1102 N. Anita Ave. Guests choose either a 5:30 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. seating. Tickets are $88.

The experience centers on presence, flavor, and energy within a private gemstone warehouse filled with massive crystals.

An immersive setting

Guests step inside a glittering warehouse owned by Michal Mael, known as the Queen of Rocks. The space holds towering quartz and amethyst that create a charged atmosphere. Chef David Marks of Tohono Chul prepares a multicourse dinner using produce and proteins from small local farms.

Guests take part in sensory awareness practices guided by Michal and Dr. Jasmine May. They use breathwork, narration, and sound bowls to help diners slow down and connect with each bite.

What the evening includes

Every ticket includes a multicourse dinner, a guided chocolate meditation, and a ten dollar credit for any healing session. Guests may also explore optional pre and post dinner treatments with skilled practitioners.

Between the pools, hot spring and cold plunge, water slide, yoga, live music, complimentary bike rentals, and their nostalgic “Summer Rewind” experience, there was always something to do. We never left the resort.

The highlight at their on-site restaurant, Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails, was the Pollo Con Rajas - perfectly cooked chicken over a rich creamed poblano, onion, and corn mestizaje. And if you’re at their Sundance Café for breakfast, get the pozole. It’s made from a family recipe that became such a guest favorite it earned a permanent spot on the menu.

Although El Conquistador licenses the Hilton brand, it’s owned and operated by a local company. The culinary team sources much of its meat and produce from Arizona.

Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or just looking for an incredible dinner with Catalina Mountain views, this spot is worth adding to your list. 🌵🌞
