Kingfisher continues this year’s culinary “road trip” with Great Plains and Midwest-inspired dishes alongside their regular menu from July 13 – 24.
Chefs Jim Murphy and Richard de la Cruz prepared the special menu featuring dishes such as Great Lakes Fish, Bison and Chicken Pot Pie.
Pastry chef Marianne Banes will whip up feelings of Americana with a “Hoosier” Sugar Cream Pie and Strawberry Shortcake Parfait.
Beverage offerings include Prairie Weisse and regionally-inspired cocktails.
This year’s road trip destinations include:
- July 25 – August 3: Back East, Chef Jeff Azersky
- August 4 – 16: California/Hawaii, Chef Fred Harris
- August 17 – September 3: Down South, Chef Jim Murphy

Drinks
- Lake Effect #2 – brandy, Yellow Chartreuse, Tuaca, barrel-aged cinnamon bitters, ($10.50)
- Butter Side Up – brown butter-washed Bulleit Bourbon, maraschino liqueur, tart cherry juice, Angostura bitters ($12)
- Ragnarok – Linie Aquavit, Aperol, muddled sage and dill, lemon juice, simple syrup, soda ($10.50)
- Prairie Weisse – Berliner Weisse, Tulsa Oklahoma, 4%, 12-ounce bottle ($6)

- Chicken Pot Pie – potatoes, green beans, carrots, peas, parsnips, thyme, puff pastry crust ($22)
- Pan-Fried Lake Perch – green tomato chow-chow, dill-mustard potato salad, sautéed green beans ($26)
