At 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort will host the Maven’s Oath Paella Party, an alfresco culinary experience on the scenic patio of Bill’s Grill and Canyon Club restaurant.
This signature event blends bold Spanish flavors, interactive chef stations, and wine pairings under the stars. Guests will sample regional dishes curated by executive chef Ryan Clark and sip wines from the resort’s proprietary label, Maven’s Oath.

Menu highlights include seafood and vegetarian paellas, grilled octopus, Spanish cheeses, papas bravas, and house-made sangrias. Guests can enjoy four drink tickets as part of the $130 ticket price, plus tax.
