Kings and Queens and Guillotines. There is a revolution in the air, but this New Year’s Eve Hotel Congress says “Let them Eat Cake.” The historic hotel will transform into the Court of Versailles, for a night of palace intrigue and powdered wigs. Tickets are $60 per person.

On New Year’s Eve, the restaurant will be serving two special menu items from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.:

  • House Made Lox Benedict – Served with dill hollandaise sauce and smashed potatoes ($17)
  • Seared Lamb Chops with Lamb Jus – served with wild mushroom risotto and parmesan Brussel sprouts ($29)
