Reforma Cocina & Cantina will host a Patron Chef Dinner including a complete six-course dinner menu.
The event will take place at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 20 at the restaurant, located at 4310 N. Campbell Avenue, inside St. Phillips Plaza.
From the welcome snack to dessert, each of the six dishes will be paired with a Patron cocktail.
Dinner is priced at $75 per person or $125 per couple. Reservations are required.
Menu for Patron Chef Dinner at Reforma Cocina Y Cantina
(1) Welcome Course
- Tortilla chips — With guacamole and assorted salsas
Paired with Paloma — Patron Silver, Pamplemousse, Rose grapefruit liqueur, and fresh grapefruit juice served with tortilla chips with guacamole and assorted salsas
(2) Amuse Bouche
- Grilled Gulf Shrimp Cocktail — With cilantro and jalapeno dipping sauce
Paired with Cards on the Table — Roca Patron Silver fresh lemon juice, agave syrup, orange bitters, cardamom pods, and strawberry
(3) Salad Course
- Roasted beets and burrata salad — Garden greens, fresh burrata, beets, local tomatoes, and shallot vinaigrette
Paired with Jalisco Mule — Roca Patron Reposado, ginger beer, and lime
(4) Street Tacos Course
- Grilled salmon — With roasted corn relish, cabbage, and foie gras mousse
- Seared scallops — With edamame hash and truffle butter
Paired with Rosemary Wreath — Roca Patron Anejo, fresh apple cider, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup
(5) Chicken Mole Course
- Mole — Served with seared airline chicken breast and Oaxacan rice
Paired with Platinium Club Martini — Gran Patron Platinum and vermouth
(6) Dessert Course
- Key lime custard — Graham cracker, meringue brûlée, and agave nectar
Paired with XO Baby Stout — Patron XO and Irish Liqueur
