Ah, chicken and waffles… that perfect pairing of salt, sweet, dough and crunch that seems to suit every mealtime craving, from early morning to late at night.
To celebrate this unlikely match made in heaven, Tucson Originals–our city’s premier group of independently-owned, fine dining, and casual neighborhood restaurants–is hosting a “Wings and Waffles” showdown on Sunday, August 10th.
Join several Tucson Originals restaurants from 4-6pm at Pastiche Food Drink where they’ll go head-to-head in a competition to find out who has the best wings and waffles in the Old Pueblo.
Competing dishes will come from:
- Mama’s Hawaiian BBQ
- Rocco’s
- Snow Peas
- The Cork
- Pastiche
- Gluten Girls
- Mother Hubbards
There will be plenty of food, drink, and of course, wings and waffles. Come out to vote for the best wings and waffles in town. Limited tickets are $20 and can be purchased here.
