Proof Bread is a sourdough bakery that began in a Mesa garage and now has several storefronts. The menu includes sourdough loaves, pastries, croissants, and coffee drinks. Owners Amanda Abou-Eid and Jon Przybyl took over in 2017 and now run locations in Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson.
