There are tons of fun foodie happenings around the East End of downtown Tucson this summer. Maynards Market kicks off Around the World in 118 Days Wine Tour today, which offers $10 Friday wine tastings as well as full wine dinners throughout June, July and August. Stop by the market this evening from 6-8pm to kick off the series with a sampling of five Chilean wines:
- Nuevomundo Organic Sauvignon Blanc
- Echevarria Unwooded Chardonnay
- Echevarria Carmenere
- Echevarria Cabernet Sauvignon
- Nuevomundo Organic Cabernet/Malbec Blend
A wine tasting “bites” menu will be available and all bottles of featured wines are discounted on the evening of the tasting.
