Loews Ventana Canyon is hosting the ultimate craft beer bar-b-que with the second Casks and Cooks event.

The open fire cookout features local craft beers from Dragoon, 1055 and Pueblo Vida Breweries paired with grilled to order dishes. Live bluegrass entertainment by Tom Walbank completes the evening.

Happy Hour includes beer cocktails, a treasure map and commemorative glass and bar snacks like Thanksgiving croquets, pork rinds, and deviled eggs.

Casks and Cooks runs from 6:30 to 9pm on October 17 at the Coyote Corral at Loews. Tickets are $55 per person and limited to guests 21 and over. Reservations are required.

Dragoon Brewing Co.

• Concept – Cooking on Ash (Argentinian style) and Sonoran Old World underground cooking “Barbacoa”
