For regular customers of Lovin’ Spoonfuls Vegetarian Restaurant, the popular homemade sauces and salad dressings are old news. After all, the restaurant has been making them since Sunny Anne Holliday opened the doors in 2005.
The most popular vegetarian dressing available at the restaurant is Sesame Dijon. For years, customers of Lovin’ Spoonfuls have been asking Holliday when bottles would be available for purchase.
“What makes it so special is not just how good it tastes and that it’s mostly organic,” says Holliday, “but that we make it completely egg and dairy free.”

Now, Holliday is answering the call. The Sesame Dijon salad dressing is on shelves at all three Tucson Whole Foods Markets, Aqua Vita at 2801 N Country Club at Glenn, The Food Conspiracy Co-op on Fourth Avenue, and Rincon Market at 2513 East Sixth Street at Tucson Blvd.
“It’s very exciting to see a product that you’ve been working on for so long to be sitting on the shelf at the store where you go shopping,” said Holliday.
Lovin’ Spoonfuls also offers homemade ranch, Italian, Thousand Island and Balsamic fat-free vinaigrette.
