Local burger restaurant Graze Premium Burgers will open its second location to the public at 5635 E. Broadway Blvd. Wednesday, December 20.

“We’ve always wanted to do something on the east side,” Graze co-owner Paolo DeFilippis said in a previous interview. “I’ve had a lot of customers ask about east side.”

Graze Broadway will feature most of the same menu as the original location with the possible addition of a few items from sister concept Truland Burgers & Greens.

FORS Architecture + Interiors and Hidden Hollow Construction designed the space to capture an indoor/outdoor feel. Additionally, the new location features a pick-up window for phone and online orders.

Operating hours will be the same as the original location, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Graze is also hiring. Interested applicants can apply at grazepremiumburgers.com.

The original Graze location opened at 2721 E. Speedway Blvd. on August 2014 and developed a following with their burgers, Belgian-style Kennebec potato fries, curry ketchup, and Maine Root fountain sodas.
