Some say they’ve got 99 problems, others are planning to party like it’s 1999, but this Tucson staple is simply ready to celebrate 99 years of feeding the community.
As the 100th Anniversary of El Charro Café creeps closer, the Flores family has mapped out two year’s worth of commemorative activities.
First up: a 99th-anniversary menu that’s available now until May 2021.
The menu is currently lighting up the kitchen at all El Charro Café locations and features a tasty blend of vintage and current classics. You’ve got your choice of 99th Aniversario Rellenos, AZ Bowls, Pollo Pipian Enchiladas, and more.
Oh, and the special menu isn’t all. There’s more up their sleeve for their 99th anniversary.
Additional plans include an anniversary commemorative book, an animated piece, and special monthly celebrations at all locations on specific dates and holidays. Some of these holidays are National Margarita Day, Cinco de Mayo, National Tequila Day, National Chimichanga Day, and plenty of others.
Flores Concepts restaurants are all “Ready for You” certified restaurants and they’ve been utilizing their own “100 point plan” designed to guide their restaurants’ rapid response to the pandemic.
