The very first Roadrunner Coffee Co. shop opened up on the northwest side of town back in 2008 at 9665 N. Thornydale Rd. #110, serving hand-crafted espresso and coffee drinks, smoothies, Italian sodas, sandwiches, and pastries. In 2021, the crew took a leap and opened up its first drive-thru stand at 1545 W. Wetmore Rd.
Now, just a month ago, Roadrunner Coffee debuted another new drive-thru location at 1612 N. Alvernon Way and there’s a big Grand Opening celebration happening on Friday, November 10.
Found between Speedway Boulevard and Pima Street, Roadrunner Coffee will be giving out freebies like free drip coffee, cold brew, and 16-ounce Fusion Energy Drinks. If you’re looking for something larger, you can snag Fusion Energy Drinks for $1 (24 ounces) and $2 (32 ounces).
Also, they’ll be handing out gift cards to lucky coffee drinkers and setting up a donation collection for Pima Animal Care Center (PACC).
The shop’s current hours of operation is 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily.
