The Southern Arizona Arts and Culture Alliance (SAACA) and Tucson Originals Restaurants are teaming up again to present the 10th Annual World Margarita Championship, Saturday, October 17, at the Plaza Colonial Courtyard.
Top chefs from local Tucson restaurants will re-imagine and mix classic margarita recipes on a live stage as they compete in friendly competition.
Four winners will be crowned the competitionâs best. First and Second Place âWorldâs Greatest Margaritaâ awards go to the judgesâ favorites and First and Second Place âPeopleâs Choiceâ honors the crowd favorites.
Last year, Casino del Sol Resort took home First Place for Judges Choice, while Le Rendez-Vous was awarded First Place for Peoples Choice.
