Father’s Day 2016: 15 Restaurants Offering Specials

Father’s Day 2016: 15 Restaurants Offering Specials

Jun 14, 20167 min read

Father’s Day, which falls on June 19 this year, isn’t as popular as, say, Mother’s Day, and definitely not for brunch. But 15 restaurants in Tucson are offering specials to celebrate dads.

Many of the specials include steaks, ribs, beer samples, meat, and more meat.

Below are 15 restaurants offering dining specials to ring in the holiday. Make sure to call for reservations ahead of time. Except for Fired Pie. We haven’t confirmed but it’s doubtful they take reservations. Also, it’s not mentioned below, but Weinerschnitzel is offering a free beef chili dog with proof of fatherhood.

Just sayin’.

We never left the resort.

The highlight at their on-site restaurant, Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails, was the Pollo Con Rajas - perfectly cooked chicken over a rich creamed poblano, onion, and corn mestizaje.
