On August 10 and 11 from 9am to 6pm, Fox Restaurant Concepts (FRC) will hold a job fair for all of their Tucson concepts, including Zinburger, North Italia, Blanco and Wildflower.
Targeted positions include restaurant managers, general managers, sous chefs, servers, hosts and hostesses, servers, dishwashers, line managers, prep and bar servers. Qualified applicants who are interested in joining the FRC family are encouraged to attend and apply. According to the FRC website, 87% of their restaurant managers are promoted from within the company.
“To be a success at Fox Restaurant Concepts, you have to love people, period,” the site states. “It’s the secret sauce of all of our concepts. But with us, the difference is you can be your true self while doing so. With each of our different restaurants, there’s something for everyone and an opportunity to find your perfect fit.”
Since opening Wildflower, their first restaurant, in Tucson in 1998, FRC has expanded to 15 concepts and over 39 locations.
The August Job Fair will be held at North Italia at 2995 East Skyline Drive.
