Tucson continues to catch New York eyes as a destination for food and drink.
This time, New York magazine posted an article on Wednesday highlighting Tucson’s food, beer, and culture. It began with a discussion about Tucson’s City of Gastronomy designation and its consequences:
All of a sudden, restaurants and bars with newfangled menus started popping up throughout the city, luring food-obsessed visitors and averaging an opening a week by 2018.

Writer Elizabeth highlights Danny’s Baboquivari Lounge, Crooked Tooth Brewing Co., Exo Roast Co., BOCA Tacos y Tequila, Charro Del Rey, Monsoon Chocolate, The Downtown Clifton, Hotel McCoy, and Welcome Diner places to eat and drink.
